By the receipt of the amount paid on our account, we issue you a receipt and thus confirms your reservation. Please rest up to the total amount of the sum you have pay at arrival day, together with the amount of any additional service, if you decide to use them. On payment, each time, we will issue a written confirmation. After you pay the total amount, we will provide you with all necessary documentation for your accommodation, including detailed instructions on how to reach us.
In case you want to change or cancel a reservation, please do so in writing (e-mail). In case of cancellation, what was paid in advance is not refundable, regardless of the date we received your written cancellation. In case of cancellation 60 days before your supposed arrival, you will get a full refund, except the 30% deposit. In case of cancellation 60 or less days before the supposed arrival, we won‘t be able to make any refunds, except those for extra services, if by any case they where ordered.
